• Standard Queen Bedroom ~

  These cozy guest rooms are furnished with lovely queen-size beds, complimentary WiFi, premium cable on a 32" LCD TV, a ceiling fan, and a table with two chairs for dining or activities. The bathroom is outfitted with a walk-in shower. Comfortable for 2 adults. Rooms may require stair access (sorry, no elevator).
  
  
  

•  Standard King Bedroom ~

  Much like the Standard Queen, the King Bedroom is instead equipped with a king-size bed in a slightly larger room. Comfortable for 2 adults. Rooms may require stair access (sorry, no elevator).
  
  

•  Two Full  Bedroom ~

  These guest rooms are outfitted with two full-size beds and all of the amenities found in our Standard Queen and King guest rooms. Suitable for 4 adults. Rooms require stair access (sorry, no elevator).
  
  

•  Two Queen Bedroom ~

  For a bit more space, choose a guest room with two queen-size beds, all standard amenities, and a shower/bathtub combination bathroom. Comfortable for 4 adults. Rooms require stair access (sorry, no elevator).
  
  
  

• Queen Studio ~

  This guest room features more space for comfort. In the bedroom area,  you'll find a queen-size bed and all standard amenities. In the partially separated sitting area, you'll enjoy the style of hardwood floor decorated with a queen sofa sleeper, a mini-fridge, and a DVD player to go along with a 37" LCD TV. The bathroom is equipped with a shower/bathtub combination. Comfortable for 4 adults. Rooms are located on ground floor for easy access.
  
                
  
  

•  King Studio Kitchen ~

  This spacious guest room features a roomy king-size bed as well as a twin sofa sleeper. Do your own cooking in the quaint, fully equipped kitchenette. Enjoy entertainment via the DVD player or premium TV channels. Comfortable for 3 adults. Room is located on ground floor for easy access.
  
                
  
  

• Apartment  ~

  Our grandest guest room, the Apartment, features two bedrooms, a living room, a  bathroom equipped with a shower/bathtub combination, and a full kitchen. Both bedrooms are furnished with king-size Temper-Pedic mattresses, and 37" LCD TV's. In the living room you'll enjoy the style of hardwood floor decorated with a queen sofa sleeper, a DVD player to go along with a 42" Plasma TV. Enjoy meals in the dining area of the kitchen. Cancellation Policy: If you would like to cancel your reservation, notification is required seven (7) days prior to your arrival date. A cancellation number will be issued. If you are unable to cancel the required number of days before your arrival date, or do not arrive for your reservation, you will either, forfeit the payment guaranteeing your reservation, or a charge in the amount of one night room and tax will be applied to the credit card guaranteeing your reservation.

Guarantee Policy: All guaranteed reservations require a valid credit card number and expiration date. A payment in the amount of the first night room and tax will be charged upon confirmation.

Over night Parking charge: $3.00 per night
Rollaway charge: $15.00 per night
Crib charge: $10.00 per night
Santa Barbara Occupancy Tax: (12% + $1 Tourism Business Improvement District Tax) per night
