You feel right at home at Coast Village Inn. It's walking distance to so many restaurants all around the area. The management and staff were the absolute best. The hotel manager was so personal that I felt right at home. It's easily the best value in Santa Barbara county. They were able to help us plan wine tastings and more, and it was all very romantic.

The location was absolutely wonderful. It was a 3-mile drive to downtown Santa Barbara and close to the roads to get on the highways. Peabody's Cafe is adjacent to the property and served a very nice continental breakfast. They were extremely flexible with our food needs too. The outside patios were heated and there's a fireplace inside. The servers were all very sweet and eager to please. The folks in the office (which is open 24 hours) were very helpful with suggestions and directions. It was too chilly for us to use the pool but it looked lovely. There is a great dry cleaner across the street, which I needed since I thought my slacks were trashed but they got out every stain. Starbucks is about half mile down the road. There are wonderful restaurants up and down the street. All in all, a very good value.
